Provide support when requested, but not before the final FERC order concerning Dillsboro Project license surrender is received and the closure of all legal challenge periods has occurred, to the USFWS and the NCWRC on studies to determine the range and distribution of the sicklefin redhorse sucker in the Little Tennessee, Hiwassee and Tuckasegee Rivers. b. DPNA’s contribution may be in the form of a one-time funding contribution, in-kind services or a combination of the two, not to exceed a total cost of $40,000.
