United States Currency. All dollar amounts in this Agreement are expressed in United States dollars.
United States Currency. Unless otherwise specified elsewhere herein, all prices and payments shall be in the currency of the United States (U.S. dollars), with no prices or payments adjusted for changes in currency exchange rates.
United States Currency. Any references to dollars or cash in this Agreement refer to United States currency. Cash payments and payments consisting of stock made to owner as outlined in this agreement may be adjusted for inflation at Owners request according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index (CPI-U).
