Units Defined. The bargaining units shall consist of all employees who have completed their initial probationary period with the City.
Units Defined i. Client Served = Unique client receiving County youth FSP services during contract period.
ii. Client Slots = Number of clients that staffing is set to serve at one time
iii. Service Unit = One Minute of approved mental health services entered into the County’s Anasazi billing system
Units Defined i. At risk TAY client receiving prevention services = TAY attending community continuation, or other non-traditional schools, high school dropouts, involved in the juvenile justice system, xxxxxx care system, facing behavioral health challenges, or homeless receiving information and supportive services from Successful Launch staff.
ii. At risk TAY client receiving intensive early intervention services= TAY attending community continuation, or other non-traditional schools, high school dropouts, involved in the juvenile justice system, xxxxxx care system, facing behavioral health challenges, homeless or facing behavioral health challenges TAY enrolled in the Successful Launch Program receiving ongoing intensive services from Successful Launch Staff.
Units Defined i. Middle School Served = Middle School identified by County as a participant in PEI programming
ii. Contacts = face-to-face or small group interactions with Contractor staff at participating campus communities
iii. Youth and Families Served = number receiving intensive system navigation and supports
Units Defined i. Referred = number of persons referred to a partner agency
ii. Assessed = face-to-face intake/assessment by program iii. Enrolled = number receiving counseling
iv. Hours of services = short-term, low intensity counseling hours provided

In order to apply the principles of seniority at the Lititz location, the following units shall be designated: Personal Care 1* Personal Care 2* Pilot Plant Chem Weigh * The Company retains the right to assign platform number by subunit Unit 2 – Packaging Personal Care Oral Care Personal Care Oral Care Warehouse Unit 5 – Facilities All maintenance classifications are considered two groups for bidding – unit 3 or unit 5. Maintenance bids will be for shift and unit only and not be filled by area for Personal Care or Oral Care. The Company reserves the right of assignment within the unit. Mixer (Manufacturing) classifications are considered one group for bidding. Mixer bids will not be filled by area. In the event of a transfer of other operations into the Lititz Plant, other units may be created at such time.
