The Division and Resident agree that no lease or landlord-tenant relationship is created by this agreement.

UNIVERSITY AGREESFort Xxxx State University agrees to furnish housing in the residence halls under the terms and conditions herein stated. The university will provide a single bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, closet space, electricity, gas, water, cable TV hook up, internet and trash removal. Residents are prohibited from reprogramming the thermostat within their living spaces. Wooster Place Apartments are not furnished by the university.
UNIVERSITY AGREES. University accepts responsibility for any property damage, injury, or death caused by the negligent acts or omission of their respective faculty, employees, or agents arising under this Task Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The NPS shall be responsible, to the extent allowed by the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346 et seq., for claims against the United States for injury or loss of property, or personal injury or death resulting from the negligent or wrongful act or omission of its employee(s) while acting within the scope of his or her employment and within the scope of this Task Agreement.
UNIVERSITY AGREES. A. University is accredited, and will maintain accreditation, by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. University has met, and will continue to meet, all of the CTC requirements to offer the internship credentials. B. To identify and designate a qualified faculty member as the University Supervisor for the Program to act jointly with the District Support Provider to ensure the appropriate type and amount of mentoring to Intern in accordance with the Plan. The qualifications of each University Supervisor shall be documented by the University and made available to the District upon request. C. To ensure that the University Supervisor will coordinate with the Intern and District Support Provider to implement the Plan on District school sites or virtually, as required or needed. D. To ensure that each agent and employee implementing the Programs is aware of all applicable District policies and procedures and shall direct each agent and employee to conform to all such District policies, procedures, regulations, standards for health, safety, cooperation, ethical behavior, and any additional requirements and restrictions agreed upon by representatives of District and University. E. To comply with all applicable District policies in implementing the Programs and ensure that all agents and employees visiting any District School or virtually complies with the Code of Conduct with Students. F. To ensure agents and employees implementing the Programs comply with the District’s rules related to security and protection of the District’s Protected Health Information (“PHI”) and Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) of District Pupils, and that they may not, therefore, either retain PHI or PII outside of the District or disclose PHI or PII to anyone outside of the District, except as required by law. For purposes of compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1232g and 34 C.F.R. Part 99, and California Education Code §§ 49060-49085, agents and employees implementing the Programs are consideredschool officialswith respect to the use and maintenance of PII from education records. The University shall advise agents and employees implementing the Programs that, for purposes of compliance with the Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), they are considered “work force members,” defined as individuals who are given access to the District’s PHI, and that PHI means any information, whether oral o...

UNIVERSITY AGREES. 1. To perform the tasks, and provide the deliverables, identified in Exhibit A. 2. To invoice the RTC for each task after completing the task and providing the deliverable(s) reasonably in accordance with the Task description. The UNIVERSITY will not be entitled to any agreed upon funding for the task unless and until it completes the task and provides the agreed upon deliverable(s). 3. To complete all tasks, and provide all deliverables, pursuant to schedules agreed to by the RTC, but no later than December 31, 2022.
UNIVERSITY AGREES. A. To assume responsibility for the professional preparation of the speech language pathology (SLP) student in compliance with the curriculum standards as set forth by CAA and ASHA. B. To establish and maintain ongoing communication with the supervisor of clinical education at the AFFILIATED SITE on items pertinent to speech language pathology (SLP) education and the clinical education of speech language pathology (SLP) students enrolled in the CUCSD. (Such communication might include, but is not limited to, a description of the experience, student biographical information, policies, faculty qualification, etc.) On-site visits will be arranged when feasible or upon request by the AFFILIATED SITE SLP supervisor. To place at the AFFILIATED SITE only those speech language pathology (SLP) students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite academic portion of the curriculum.
UNIVERSITY AGREES. 1. To perform the tasks, and provide the deliverables, identified in Exhibit A, within the agreed upon budget attached as Exhibit B. 2. To invoice the RTC quarterly for reimbursement of direct and indirect costs in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) for the first year through June 30, 2021, not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) for the second year through June 30, 2022, and not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000.00) overall. The authorized direct and indirect costs are identified in the budget justification attached as Exhibit B. The UNIVERSITY will provide supporting documentation that the work performed conforms to the description of the tasks and deliverables. 3. To complete all tasks, and provide all deliverables, pursuant to schedules agreed to by the RTC, but no later than June 30, 2022.
