UNIVERSITY AGREES. The University Housing & Residential Education Office, hereinafter called "the Housing Office," an agent of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, agrees to furnish housing under the terms and conditions stated herein and described in the informational materials accompanying this document, which are by reference made a part of this agreement.

UNIVERSITY AGREES. The University Residence Life Office, hereinafter called "the Residence Life Office," an agent of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, agrees to furnish housing under the terms and conditions stated herein and described in the informational materials accompanying this document, which are by reference made a part of this agreement.

UNIVERSITY AGREES. Fort ▇▇▇▇ State University agrees to furnish housing in the residence halls under the terms and conditions herein stated. The university will provide a single bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, closet space, electricity, gas, water, cable TV hook up, internet and trash removal. Residents are prohibited from reprogramming the thermostat within their living spaces. Wooster Place Apartments are not furnished by the university.

UNIVERSITY AGREES. The University agrees to furnish housing and food services under the terms and conditions herein stated and described in the information materials which accompany this document, which are by reference made a part of this agreement.

UNIVERSITY AGREES. University accepts responsibility for any property damage, injury, or death caused by the negligent acts or omission of their respective faculty, employees, or agents arising under this Task Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The NPS shall be responsible, to the extent allowed by the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346 et seq., for claims against the United States for injury or loss of property, or personal injury or death resulting from the negligent or wrongful act or omission of its employee(s) while acting within the scope of his or her employment and within the scope of this Task Agreement.

UNIVERSITY AGREES. ORL hereby grants you occupancy to the residence hall room under the terms and conditions stated herein. Information on the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/ website, including move-in and move-out schedules, is incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract.

UNIVERSITY AGREES. 1. To offer an approved program of study for students in the University's College of Nursing, which is in accordance with accepted standards for national nurse accreditation. 2. That the University nursing faculty shall be responsible for planning preceptorships for the College of Nursing students with the Agency personnel in accordance with the needs of the individual student. 3. To provide written guidelines for the preceptorship experience. 4. That the University nursing faculty will attend conferences as deemed necessary to the improvement of the educational program or agency. 5. To confirm with the Agency in advance the dates of the student's projected experience. 6. That the College of Nursing will send to Agency only such students as appear to be in good health at the time of reporting for the experience. 7. To provide proof of professional liability coverage for students while on clinical assignment.

UNIVERSITY AGREES a) The University will provide a room accommodation to the Resident for a period of one academic year (fall and spring term) exclusive of vacation periods or any other period when the University is officially closed (“the regular Contract period”). b) The University will provide residence hall staff in accordance with University policy to provide a living experience which complements the academic intent of the University. c) The University will provide a reasonable amount of light, heat, and hot water. Student rooms shall be furnished by the University with a bed, mattress, drawer space, desk, and closet space.

UNIVERSITY AGREES. 1. To perform the tasks, and provide the deliverables, identified in Exhibit A, within the agreed upon budget attached as Exhibit B. 2. To invoice the RTC quarterly for reimbursement of direct and indirect costs in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) for the first year through June 30, 2021, not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) for the second year through June 30, 2022, and not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000.00) overall. The authorized direct and indirect costs are identified in the budget justification attached as Exhibit B. The UNIVERSITY will provide supporting documentation that the work performed conforms to the description of the tasks and deliverables. 3. To complete all tasks, and provide all deliverables, pursuant to schedules agreed to by the RTC, but no later than June 30, 2022.
