University Rules and Regulations. 19.1 Licensee understands and agrees that University of Florida personnel who are engaged by Licensee, whether as consultants, employees or otherwise, or who possess a material financial interest in Licensee, are subject to the University of Florida’s rule regarding outside activities and financial interests set forth in Florida Administrative Code Rule 6C1-1.011, the University of Florida’s Intellectual Property Policy, and a monitoring plan which addresses conflicts of interests associated therewith. Any term or condition of an agreement between Licensee and such University of Florida personnel which seeks to vary or override such personnel’s obligations to the University of Florida may not be enforced against such personnel, the University of Florida or UFRF, without the express written consent of an individual authorized to vary or waive such obligations on behalf of the University of Florida and UFRF. Furthermore, should an interest of Licensee conflict with the interest of the University of Florida, University of Florida personnel are obligated to resolve such conflicts according to the guidelines and policies set forth by the University of Florida.

Any term or condition of an agreement between LICENSEE and such University of Miami personnel which seeks to vary or override such personnel’s obligations to the University of Miami may not be enforced against such personnel, or the University of Miami, without the express written consent of an individual authorized to vary or waive such obligations on behalf of the University of Miami.

Licensee acknowledges that University employees who are engaged by Licensee, whether as consultants, employees, or otherwise, or who possess a material financial interest in Licensee, are subject to the University’s rule regarding outside activities and financial interests as set forth in the University’s intellectual property policy and related policies regarding conflicts of interest and outside consulting, as may be amended from time to time. Any term or condition of an agreement between Licensee and a University employee that seeks to vary or override such employee’s obligations to the University may not be enforced against such personnel or the University without the express written consent of the Principal Technology Transfer Officer.

Furthermore, should an interest of Licensee conflict with the interests of the University of Florida, such University of Florida personnel are obligated to resolve those conflicts according to the rules, guidelines, and policies of the University of Florida.

Any term or condition of an agreement between LICENSEE and such XXXX personnel which seeks to vary or override such personnel’s obligations to the XXXX may not be enforced against such personnel, or the XXXX, without the express written consent of an individual authorized to vary or waive such obligations on behalf of the XXXX.

University Rules and Regulations. Licensee must adhere to all rules and regulations of the University in regard to use of facilities which are submitted to licensee in writing.

Licensee understands and agrees that Florida State University personnel who are engaged by Licensee, whether as consultants, employees or otherwise, or who possess a material financial interest in Licensee, are subject to the Florida State University’s policies regarding outside activities and financial interests and, Florida State University’s Intellectual Property Policy, and a monitoring plan which addresses conflicts of interests associated therewith as required by Chapter 112, Florida Statutes. Any term or condition of an agreement between Licensee and such Florida State University personnel which seeks to vary or override such personnel’s obligations to Florida State University may not be enforced against such personnel, Florida State University or FSURF, without the express written consent of an individual authorized to vary or waive such obligations on behalf of Florida State University and FSURF. Furthermore, should an interest of Licensee conflict with the interest of Florida State University, Florida State University personnel are obligated to resolve such conflicts according to the guidelines and policies set forth by Florida State University.
University Rules and Regulations. (a) Licensee understands and agrees that University of Florida personnel who are engaged by Licensee, whether as consultants, employees, or otherwise, or who possess a material financial interest in Licensee, are subject to the University of Florida’s rules regarding outside activities and financial interests, including as set forth in University of Florida Regulation 1.011, the University of Florida’s Intellectual Property Policy, and any applicable conflicts of interests management plan. Any term of an agreement between Licensee and University of Florida personnel which seeks to vary or override the personnel’s obligations to the University of Florida may not be enforced without the express written consent of authorized representatives of both the University of Florida Board of Trustees and UFRF. Licensee is hereby notified that University of Florida personnel are obligated to resolve any conflict between the interests of the University of Florida and Licensee according to the rules, guidelines, and policies of the University of Florida.
(b) University of Florida policies may require supplementary approvals for participation in clinical trials involving technology invented at the University. Accordingly, Licensee shall notify UFRF prior to commencing any clinical trials at the University of Florida or its affiliated medical facilities.
University Rules and Regulations. Residents are responsible for following all rules promulgated by the Departments of Public Safety and the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Rules include the prohibition against any fire hazards including, but not limited to, candles, incense, open flames, and Halogen Lamps. Damaging and or interfering with smoke and fire detection equipment and failure to follow fire evacuation procedures and directives from safety officers or resident staff are also violation of safety rules. Additional rules and regulations are found in the Student Handbook, other University publications, and on official bulletin boards. Each Resident is expected to abide by all University rules and regulations and subject to disciplinary action, including removal from University housing and / or dismissal from the University.
