Unlawful Conduct. The Charter School shall be subject to all laws relating to unlawful conduct in or near a public school.
Unlawful Conduct. BUYER warrants and covenants that it will not violate any applicable law or regulation of any country or political subdivision thereof, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, in performing or purporting to perform any act arising out of or in connection with this AGREEMENT. BUYER warrants that it is purchasing GOODS and PARTS for its own use and that there will be no diversion of any shipment or any reshipment to any country, nation or political subdivision that is contrary to any law of the United States of America. Pursuant thereto, XXXXX agrees to maintain such records as are required by such applicable laws and regulations and to provide all written assurances required by SELLER in connection therewith. Further, any such unlawful conduct shall constitute grounds for SELLER to immediately terminate this AGREEMENT for cause.

Unlawful Conduct. On account of Indemnitee’s conduct which is finally adjudged to have been intentional misconduct, a knowing violation of law, a violation of Section 174 of the DGCL or a transaction from which Indemnitee derived an improper personal benefit; or
Unlawful Conduct. By entering into this Agreement, neither Party admits that it engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct, or that it is legally obligated to the other Party in any way except as is specifically addressed herein.
Unlawful Conduct. Customer will not use the Server in any manner which infringes any law or regulation or which infringes the rights of any third party; nor will Customer authorize or permit any other person to do so. Customer will not post or transmit any material which constitutes, or encourages the commission of a criminal offence, or which infringes any patent, trade mark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or similar rights of any person which may subsist under the laws of any jurisdiction.
Unlawful Conduct. (a) On and after April 13, 1984, it shall be unlawful for any person:
(1) To offer to enter into, enter into or confirm the execution of a leverage contract to or with a leverage cus- tomer, or to solicit or accept a lever- age customer’s order for a leverage contract, or to accept any leverage cus- tomer funds from a leverage customer to enter into or maintain a leverage contract, unless the leverage com- modity which is the subject of the xx- xxxxxx contract has been registered with the Commission in accordance with § 31.6;
Unlawful Conduct. The Borrower shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in conduct which is corrupt or unlawful under applicable law, including promising or giving any person any undue pecuniary or other reward for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business or any improper advantage.
Unlawful Conduct. The Service agrees that it will not use or cause to be used any part of said premises for any unlawful conduct or purpose.
Unlawful Conduct. The lessee further agrees that it will not willfully use or permit to be used any part of said premises for any unlawful conduct or purpose whatsoever; and that any violation of this clause by the lessee or with its knowledge, shall render this lease voidable at the option of the Superintendent .
