Common use of Unlawful Contributions Clause in Contracts

Unlawful Contributions. None of the Company, the Partnership, the Manager nor the Lessee has at any time during the last five years (i) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for foreign office or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law or (ii) made any payment to any federal or state governmental officer or official, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction thereof.

Unlawful Contributions. None of Neither the Company, the Partnershipany Subsidiary, the Manager nor the Lessee any of their respective officers, directors, employees or representatives has at any time during the last five years (ia) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for foreign public office (whether foreign, federal, state or local), or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law laws, or (iib) made any payment to any foreign, federal , state or state local governmental officer or official, official or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction thereof.

None Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries nor, to the Company's knowledge, the Partnership, the Manager nor the Lessee any of its employees or agents has at any time during the last five years (i) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for foreign office office, or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law or (ii) made any payment to any federal or state governmental officer or official, or other person Person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction thereof.
