Unlawful Discrimination. 14.1 The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Race Relations Xxx 0000, the Sex Discrimination Acts 1975 and 1986 and Disability Discrimination Xxx 0000, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof relating to discrimination in employment.
