Unlawful Possession. If CoinBurp receives credible notice (credibility to be determined in CoinBurp’s sole discretion) alleging that any Funds held in your CoinBurp Account have been stolen or otherwise are not lawfully possessed by you, CoinBurp may, but has no obligation to, place an administrative hold on the affected Funds or your CoinBurp Account. CoinBurp may continue such hold until the dispute has been resolved and evidence of the resolution has been provided to CoinBurp to CoinBurp’s satisfaction. CoinBurp will not become involved in any such dispute or the resolution of the dispute. You agree that CoinBurp will have no liability or responsibility for the consequences of any such action, including without limitation your inability to withdraw Funds, execute Trades, or otherwise use the Services while such hold is in place.
Unlawful Possession. If PDAX receives credible notice and/or evidence that you do not have legal title to and/or possession/custody of any Digital Asset or Fiat Currency held in your PDAX Account, you acknowledge and accept that PDAX has the sole discretion and prerogative to place an administrative hold on the Digital Assets or Fiat Currency in question. PDAX has the exclusive option to maintain such hold until the dispute has been finally resolved and satisfactory and suitable evidence of the resolution has been provided to PDAX. PDAX will not become involved in any such dispute or the resolution of the dispute. You shall have no, and you expressly waive any, claim or cause of action against PDAX for your inability to withdraw Digital Assets or Fiat Currency, execute Trades, or otherwise use the Services while such hold is in place or for any other consequences of implementing such hold.
Unlawful Possession. Failure to return the Laptop in accordance with this Agreement and without written consent of the NHS or MCS may be considered unlawful possession, theft, and/or misappropriation of District property.

If we are informed and reasonably believe that any Digital Assets or Fiat Currencies held in your Binance Account are stolen or otherwise are not lawfully possessed by you (whether by error or otherwise), we may, but have no obligation to, place a hold on the affected funds and your Binance Account. Where we place a hold on some or all of any Digital Assets or Fiat Currencies held in your Binance Account, or on your entire Binance Account, we may continue such hold until such time as evidence, acceptable to us, proves that you are entitled to possession of the Digital Assets and/or Fiat Currency held in your Binance Account. We will not get involved in any dispute, or the resolution of the dispute, relating to any Digital Assets and/or Fiat Currency held in your Binance Account.

Where we place a hold on some or all of any Digital Assets or Fiat Currencies held in your Greenwood Account, or on your entire Greenwood Account, we may continue such hold until such time as evidence, acceptable to us, proves that you are entitled to possession of the Digital Assets and/or Fiat Currency held in your Greenwood Account. We will not get involved in any dispute, or the resolution of the dispute, relating to any Digital Assets and/or Fiat Currency held in your Greenwood Account.

Where we place a hold on some or all of any Digital Assets or Fiat Currencies held in your Moo Garden Technology Limited Account, or on your entire Moo Garden Technology Limited Account, we may continue such hold until such time as evidence, acceptable to us, proves that you are entitled to possession of the Digital Assets and/or Fiat Currency held in your Moo Garden Technology Limited Account. We will not get involved in any dispute, or the resolution of the dispute, relating to any Digital Assets and/or Fiat Currency held in your Moo Garden Technology Limited Account.
