Unlawful Purposes. 8.11 The Tenant shall not (a) use the Premises or any part thereof for any unlawful or immoral purpose; or (b) do or permit to be done any act or thing which may be or become a nuisance to or give cause for reasonable complaint from the tenants and/or occupants of adjoining Premises, of other parts of the Station or of other buildings adjoining the Station. TOUTING 8.12 The Tenant shall not carry out or allow to be carried out any touting, canvassing, peddling or soliciting for business outside the Premises at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service if, in our opinion, your use of the Service violates the terms of this Agreement or may violate any laws, regulations or rulings, or may infringe upon another person's rights. We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your account information, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information.
Unlawful Purposes. Furthermore, you agree that while using the Space you will NOT: ● Use the Space for any illegal purposes. ● Tamper with, borrow, or remove property of any other Member’s area without their express permission. ● Bring any hazardous substances in to the Space. If you are not sure about what might be hazardous, please ask a Works Progress Staff Member. ● Interfere with any other Member’s quiet enjoyment of the Space. ● Transfer, assign, or sublease your Membership Interest or otherwise transfer your rights under this Agreement.
Unlawful Purposes. It shall be a violation of this Policy for any User to use any Digital Resource for any purpose that: • Constitutes or furthers any unlawful activity; • Gives rise to civil liability under any applicable law, including U.S. patent, trademark, or copyright laws, including copyrighting software, music, videos, photos, clipart, or other images, including SMYRNA SCHOOL DISTRICT logos; • Impersonates any person, living or dead, organization, business, or other entity; • Enables or constitutes gaming, wagering, or gambling of any kind; • Promotes or participates in any way in unauthorized raffles or fundraisers; • Engages in private business, commercial, or other activities for personal financial gain.
