Unmetered Energy. The amount of unmetered energy and gas lost in Emergencies shall be agreed between the Operator, National Grid Gas, and the Relevant Shipper, on a case by case basis. The parties shall meet to endeavour to reach such agreement as soon as reasonably practicable (and in any event no later than thirty (30) days) after the occurrence of an event resulting in quantities of unmetered energy. If within such thirty (30) day period they have been unable to agree, the matter may be referred by any Party to be determined by an expert in accordance with the procedure set out in Annex G. For the purposes of commissioning the Operator Offtake Facilities, the quantity of unmetered energy shall be; unmetered energy = 3.6 (MJ/kW)
