Unpaid Amounts Sample Clauses

The "Unpaid Amounts" clause defines the obligations and procedures related to any sums that remain outstanding under an agreement. Typically, it outlines when payments are considered overdue, the consequences of non-payment such as the accrual of interest, and the rights of the party owed money to seek remedies or suspend services. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of the financial expectations and provides a clear mechanism for addressing late or missed payments, thereby reducing disputes and encouraging timely fulfillment of payment obligations.
