Unpaid Charges. Any unpaid rent, cancellation, or other charges accrued under the Agreement may be applied to Student’s University account and may result in a hold being placed on Student’s record and/or academic transcripts. Please see section III.2. and III.3. for additional details.
Unpaid Charges. If any Participating Party fails to pay its share of the costs and other expenses authorized under this Agreement in accordance with Exhibit "C" or to otherwise perform any of its obligations under this Agreement when due, the Party to whom such payment is due, in order to take advantage of the provisions of this Article 8.6, shall notify the other Party by certified or registered U.S. Mail that it is in default and has thirty (30) days from the receipt of such notice to pay. if such payment is not made timely by the non-paying Party after the issuance of such notice to pay, the Party requesting such payment may take immediate steps to diligently pursue collection of the unpaid costs and other expenses owed by such Participating Party and to exercise the mortgage and security rights STWDJOA - Exhibit "I" granted by this Agreement. The bringing of a suit and the obtaining of a judgment by any Party for the secured indebtedness shall not be deemed an election of remedies or otherwise afect the security rights granted herein. In addition to any other remedy afforded by law, each Party shall have, and is hereby given and vested with, the power and authority to foreclose the lien, mortgage, pledge, and security interest established hereby in its favor in the manner provided by law, to exercise the Power of Sale provided for herein, if applicable, and to exercise all rights of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the state in which the Contract Area is located or such other states as such Party may deem appropriate. The Operator shall keep an accurate account of amounts owed by the nonperforming Party (plus interest and collection costs) and any amounts collected with respect to amounts owed by the nonperforming Party. In the event there become three or more Parties to this Agreement, then if any nonperforming Party's share of costs remains delinquent for a period of sixty (60) days, each other Participating Party shall, upon the Operator's request, pay the unpaid amount of costs in the proportion that its Working interest bears to the total non-defaulting Working Interests. Each Participating Party paying its share of the unpaid amounts of a nonperforming Party shall be subrogated to the Operator's mortgage and security rights to the extent of the payment made by such Participating Party.
Unpaid Charges. We may refer any debt owing to us to an external collection agent or commence legal action to recover any unpaid debt to us.
Unpaid Charges. If any PARTY fails to pay the charges due hereunder, including xxxxxxxx under Section 8.3, within thirty (30) days after payment is due, the PARTICIPATING PARTIES shall have the obligation, upon OPERATOR'S request, to pay the unpaid amount in proportion to their interest. Each PARTY so paying its share of the unpaid amount shall be subrogated to OPERATOR'S security rights to the extent of such payment.
Unpaid Charges. There is a lien on the Interval to secure payment of Charges. If the Owner has not paid all Charges, the Interval is subject to this lien. As a part of any Transfer, any party may ask the Association for a certificate of unpaid Charges. Within ten (10) days after receiving the request, the Association must give the certificate. The certificate will limit the lien rights to those unpaid Charges disclosed, but only as against the person receiving the certificate.

It is agreed that if at any time any invoice rendered by this Firm to Client for investment banking, appropriate legal services and expenses remains unpaid for any reason for longer than 30 days, we shall have the right to discontinue performance of further services and to withdraw as your attorneys, regardless of the status of any matter in which we will be involved and regardless of any event or proceeding which may then be pending, unless we have reached a subsequent written agreement with respect thereto.

Unpaid Charges. All charges for services rendered by any Committee or Department of this Exchange, except Arbitration related fees, shall become due and payable on the first day of the month succeeding that in which the service was rendered. All charges remaining unpaid for thirty days after becoming due shall be a violation of this Rule. The Secretary shall then advise members of such violation, informing them that if such charges are not paid within fifteen days of said letter of notification, public notice of the violation shall be posted by the Exchange. Where past due charges have been placed against a membership on which a claim is also filed, the holder of the claim shall be notified of such past due charges.
