Unpaid Personal. 41.14 Where a Full Time Employee or Part Time Employee, including a Fixed Term Employee and Maximum Term Employee, a maximum of two days unpaid personal/ , per occasion, to provide care or support for a member of their Immediate Family or Household who requires care or support because of:
Unpaid Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave The Secretary will approve personal/carer’s leave without pay to count as service where: a) an employee is ill or injured, required to care for a member of their immediate family or a member of their household or other personal emergencies involving the same; and b) all paid personal/carer’s leave credits have been exhausted or the employee has no entitlement to paid leave; and c) the employee has provided notice in accordance with clause 7.26. 7.38

Unpaid Personal. Carer’s Leave the total period of which in the one (1) year of employment exceeds one (1) month;
Unpaid Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave for any reason arising out of or attributable to any activity or employment in which, whilst employed by an employer, an employee engages otherwise than in the service of that employer and for which activity or employment that the employee receives any wage salary allowance honorarium or other remuneration of any kind;

Unpaid Personal carer’s leave for casual Employees Employees who are employed on a casual basis are entitled to two (2) days o f unpaid personal/carer’s leave per occasion.
Unpaid Personal leave to care for a family member Where an employee has exhausted all paid personal leave entitlements, an employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to take unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care to a family member who is ill or who requires care due to an unexpected emergency. The employer and the employee shall agree upon the period of unpaid personal leave to care for a family member which may be taken. In absence of the agreement between the employer and the employee, the employee is entitled to take up to three days (of a maximum of 24 hours) of unpaid leave per occasion, provided that notice and evidentiary requirements are met.
