Common use of Unpaid Release Time Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Release Time. Subject to Article 5.03(a), any release time required by the Unit 3 Chairperson or Union Xxxxxxx to attend to Union business other than for the purposes outlined in Article 5.03(d) when granted will be without pay or granted with an agreement that the time absent will be worked at a later date.
