Common use of Unscheduled Leaves Clause in Contracts

Unscheduled Leaves. Employees who are unable to return to work following the Summer Break, December Break, March Break or a leave due to issues and/or delays with personal travel plans, the Board will grant the Teacher a leave of absence without pay to cover the unscheduled/unauthorized absence.

Employees who Teachers that are unable to return to work following the Summer Break, December Break, March Break or a leave leave, due to issues and/or delays with personal travel plans, the Board will grant the Teacher may be granted a leave of absence without pay to cover the unscheduled/unscheduled/ unauthorized absence. The Teacher may apply for use of their Personal Day if they have not used it in the current school year.
