Unscheduled Outages. 10.2.1 In case of an Unscheduled Outage due to failure of any part of the equipment forming part of the Facility Unit, the Seller shall inform the Buyer within four (4) hours from the commencement of the Unscheduled Outage of the time period that the Facility Unit is expected to be unavailable, if that time period extends or is expected to extend for the period from 00:00 to 24:00 of any given Day. Unscheduled Outages that are expected to extend for less than the twenty four (24) hour period from 00:00 to 24:00 of any given Day do not need to be reported to the Buyer in terms of this section.
Unscheduled Outages. The Supplier will notify the Local Government immediately upon discovering the Solution is experiencing Downtime. During a period of Downtime, the Supplier will send hourly notifications until the Solution is restored. Once the Solution is restored, a final notification to indicate as such is required.
Unscheduled Outages. Seller shall advise Buyer and System Operator of the need for any Unscheduled Outage, together with the proposed commencement date and estimated duration of the work to be undertaken. Buyer and System Operator shall advise Seller of the periods during which such Unscheduled Outage may be undertaken, such periods to be reasonable in light of Buyer’s requirements for Net Electrical Output and System Operator’s requirements for Ancillary Services and the necessity for the Unscheduled Outage.
Unscheduled Outages. BSI will try and ensure that unscheduled outages do not exceed the following: 201 minutes in a 28 day month, 208 minutes in a 29 day month, 216 minutes in a 30 day month, 222 minutes in a 31 day month.
Unscheduled Outages. If the RPG is still operational, the Unit Radar Committee Chairperson or designated representative will send a Free Text Message to the NEXRAD agency users associated with the radar and provide an estimated return to service time. If the time changes substantially, the notification should be repeated, if possible.
Unscheduled Outages. If an Unscheduled Outage occurs, the O&M Contractor must inform the Project Company as soon as possible (and in any event within three (3) hours from the commencement of the Unscheduled Outage) of the cause and expected duration of the Unscheduled Outage.
Unscheduled Outages. FIS will monitor the System and Service for Unscheduled Outages as set forth in the Service Levels in Exhibit B. FIS will take the steps necessary to correct any Unscheduled Outage. Each Unscheduled Outage will be addressed in accordance with the priority levels and procedures described in the Service Levels in Exhibit B.

Unscheduled Outages. The Seller is allowed unscheduled outages not to exceed ( ) equivalent hours for each Contract Year during which times reduced or no deliveries will be available to the Buyer, subject to ERC and regulations on Reliability Performance Indices.
