Unsold Items i. Contractor shall furnish the Seller with the equipment listing of all unsold vehicles and equipment items within six (6) business days of close of each auction. This equipment listing shall include all submitted bid pricing, if any. Unless otherwise stated by the Seller, such items shall be held by contractor in a safe and fully secured location until the next auction, at no expense to the Seller.

Unsold Items. Items remaining unsold after the 120 day consignment period are to be picked up by the consignor within 10 days of the end of the consignment period or left for disposal by the consignee with no further notice or payment due to the consignor.
Unsold Items. For any Service Item that does not sell during the initial Sell It Sales Service Term, Member may (i) relist the Service Item for another 90-day Sales Service Term, or (ii) have the Service Item returned to Member Service Location, or (iii) otherwise dispose of the Service Item using one of Company’ s other Services. Service Fees apply for each option as set forth in the Guide.
Unsold Items. 4.1 The Consignor may request the return of unsold items only 30 days after the consignment date, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the Consignor.
Unsold Items. After the consignment period ends, Consignor is responsible for retrieving items within five (5) business days. If Consignor neglects to reclaim property, the consigned items become property of Museum, unless otherwise agreed by Museum and Consignor. At such time, the consigned items may be sold, donated, or disposed of without notice, benefit, or payment to Consignor. At Museum’s discretion, a storage fee of $10.00 per day will be charged beginning five (5) days after the consignment period ends.

Unsold Items. At the end of the consignment period, we will notify you, by phone or email, if any of your items have not sold. You understand you have fourteen (14) days from the date we notify you to pick up your unsold items or request that they be mailed back to you at your expense. If you have not picked up your items or requested that they be mailed back to you within such fourteen (14) day period, you acknowledge and agree that Capelet Consign will donate the items to a charity of its choosing and Capelet Consign will have no further obligation or liability to you with respect to such items.
