Unused CTB Donations. Upon return to work, and when specific need no longer exists, placement on IDL or disability retirement, of the employee/recipient, the employee/recipient shall not retain donations that are being held and have not been used. The unused CTB donations shall be returned to the appropriate donor on a last received, first returned basis.
