Upon an Involuntary Termination without Cause. In the event your employment with the Company or one of its subsidiaries is terminated without Cause (as defined in the Employment Agreement by the Company or one of its subsidiaries, all of the unvested RSUs held by you shall become fully vested and be paid in accordance with Section 4 below.
