Upon Notice of Permanent Layoff. An employee who has received notice of a permanent layoff selecting this option may bump as follows: (i) A Temporary employee permanently laid off prior to the expiry of her appointment shall have the right to bump into a position held by a less senior Temporary employee. (ii) An employee on a probationary period as defined in Article 25.08 shall have no bumping rights. (iii) A Regular employee shall have bumping rights into any position held by a less senior Regular employee, or any position held by a Temporary employee.
