Upon Termination for Death or Total Disability. If Executive’s employment hereunder and this Agreement is terminated by reason of his death or Total Disability, under Sections 2.2(c) or (d), then within thirty (30) days of the date of termination the Company will pay Executive (or his estate or beneficiaries):
