Upon Termination of Employment by the Executive Other Than for Good Reason or Other Than by Reason of Death. Subject to Section 19 hereof, if the Executive terminates his employment with the Company other than for Good Reason or other than by reason of his death, then the Company shall pay to the Executive the Earned Salary.
