Common use of Urban Development Director Clause in Contracts

Urban Development Director. The Redeveloper, as part of its application for a building permit to construct the Building, shall cause the Architect or its General Contractor to submit two sets of the Exterior Construction Documents to the City Urban Development Department for transmittal to the Director for his or her review and approval, as provided herein.
