Common use of U.S. Eligible Inventory Clause in Contracts

U.S. Eligible Inventory. On any date of determination of the U.S. Borrowing Base, all of the Inventory owned by the U.S. Borrowers and reflected in the most recent Borrowing Base Certificate delivered by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent shall be “U.S. Eligible Inventory” for the purposes of this Agreement, except any Inventory to which any of the exclusionary criteria set forth below applies. In addition, the Administrative Agent shall have the right from time to time in its Permitted Discretion to establish, modify or eliminate Reserves against U.S. Eligible Inventory. U.S. Eligible Inventory shall not include any Inventory that:
