Usage Statistics. The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will provide access to both composite system-wide use data and itemized data for the Licensee, the Participating Institutions, individual campuses and labs, on a monthly basis. The statistics shall meet or exceed the most recent project Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources ("COUNTER") Code of Practice Release,3 including but not limited to its provisions on customer confidentiality. When a release of a new COUNTER Code of Practice is issued, the Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will comply with the implementation time frame specified by COUNTER to provide usage statistics in the new standard format. It is more than desirable that the Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) Protocol4 is available for the Licensee to harvest the statistics.

Duke University Press will make a reasonable effort to supply the Licensee with usage statistics in accordance with the guidelines of icolc (International Coalition of Library Consortia) and/or Project counter. Usage Statistics. Publisher will provide Customer with access to usage statistics compliant with the latest release of the Project COUNTER Code of Practice (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). These statistics will cover all Publisher Content listed in Schedule A, Sections A, B and C, excluding the Databases Chemistry World and Education in Chemistry. Please note that the access to the closed Databases Catalysts & Catalysed Reactions and Methods in Organic Synthesis from Schedule A, Section B are included with the usage statistics for Synthetic Reaction Updates.
Usage Statistics. In accordance with the then-current version of NetBrain’s Privacy Policy (located at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy-policy/), and in an effort to improve and ensure full utilization of the Programs, NetBrain reserves the right to monitor, collect, and use utilization-related information of Customer, such as, but not limited to: (a) percentage (%) of Managed Elements used; (b) applicable system and resource versions; (c) number of active users; and (d) success rate of certain key features, including Updates. In addition, NetBrain reserves the right to collect other usage-related information from time-to- time, which will be anonymized and aggregated with information collected from other customers, used for internal research and development purposes only, and to electronically verify Customer’s compliance with the license limitations set forth in this Agreement. By Customer’s acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and/or use of the Programs, Customer authorizes the collection, use, and disclosure of this information for the purposes provided for in this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer may disable and/or enable certain information collection at any time by submitting a support ticket to NetBrain.

In all cases, the disclosure of such data shall fully protect the anonymity of individual users and the confidentiality of their searches, and will comply with all applicable privacy laws. The Licensor shall not disclose or sell to other parties usage data or information about the Licensee or its Authorized Users without the Licensee’s express written permission or as required by law.
Usage Statistics. Unless specified in the Insertion Order or these Standard Terms and except for the remedies set forth in Section 6, Yahoo makes no guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of impressions for any advertisement. Advertiser acknowledges that delivery statistics provided by Yahoo are the official, definitive measurements of Yahoo’s performance on any delivery obligations provided in the Insertion Order. The processes and technology used to generate such statistics have been certified and audited by an independent agency. No other measurements or usage statistics (including those of Advertiser or a third party ad server) shall be accepted by Yahoo or have bearing on the Insertion Order.
Usage Statistics. Comodo may collect usage statistics that will enable Comodo to adjust our user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). The usage statistics may include: Operating System informaiton, Monitor Resolution, Font Info, Windows AERO status, Desktop DPI, Language, User hardware id, Application Start timestamp, Application End timestamp, Control ID, type of control, Event, type of event, Position on Screen, timestamp; Full inventory of installed applications, files and registry created by each installed application, Update management for all installed Comodo products.

Data will include the number of full-text article downloads for each subscribed title, and the data may be accessed at any time by the Licensee.
