Use and Obligations of Advertising Agency. Any obligation of Advertiser pursuant to this Agreement may be satisfied by any advertising or media agency set forth on a Accepted Insertion Order and duly appointed by Advertiser to act on Advertiser’s behalf (the “Ad Agency”) and shall be deemed to be an obligation of Advertiser and the Ad Agency. Additionally, any right of Advertiser pursuant to this Agreement may be exercised by the Ad Agency, and shall be deemed to be a right of Advertiser and the Ad Agency.
