Common use of Use; Lease Agreement Clause in Contracts

Use; Lease Agreement. (a) The Agency shall hold and use the Project only for leaseback to the Company under the Leaseback Agreement and otherwise shall not sell or assign its rights hereunder nor the leasehold estate created thereby.
