Common use of Use of a Personal Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Use of a Personal Vehicle. (a) Employees who use their vehicles for business purposes may request and receive a Revenue Canada Form T2200 from the Employer while employed under this Agreement. (b) The Employee is required to have the correct insurance for their vehicle, and upon request must provide a copy of it to production. (c) Employees agreeing to use their vehicles for production use will be paid a minimum of: (a) CRA rate per kilometre, (b) Thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per day worked plus cost of fuel. (d) Security crew, who, are required to use their personal vehicle as a shelter, work station, or to perform their job functions, shall be paid forty dollars ($40.00) per day worked plus cost of fuel of ten dollars ($10.00) per shift.
