Use of Compensatory Time. Upon agreement with the supervisor, the employee may use compensatory time within sixty (60) days of the date earned. If not used within the sixty (60) day period, the supervisor may schedule such compensatory time off for the employee. The employee may use compensatory time upon advance notice to the employee’s supervisor unless the supervisor can demonstrate that the use of the compensatory time when designated by the employee would unreasonably interfere with the Employer’s operations.
