Common use of Use of De-identified Data Clause in Contracts

Use of De-identified Data. You agree that we may Process, both during and after the Term (defined below), data derived from Personal Information that has been de-identified and/or aggregated to reasonably avoid identification of a specific Authorized User or individual for research, development, analytics, and similar purposes.

Use of De-identified Data. You agree that we may Process, both during and after the Term (defined below), data derived from Personal Information that has been de-identified de‐identified and/or aggregated to reasonably avoid identification of a specific Authorized User or individual for research, development, analytics, and similar purposes.

Use of De-identified Data. You agree that we may Process, both during and after the Term (defined below), data derived from Personal Information Information, and from the use of our Products and Services by Authorized Users, for research, development, analytics and other business purposes; provided that such data has been de-identified and/or aggregated to reasonably avoid identification of a specific Authorized User or individual for researchindividual. For clarity, development, analytics, such de-identified and similar purposesaggregated data shall be treated as Transact Property.
