Use of Evaluative Materials. In the event a grievance is filed, University and UFF grievance representatives, the arbitrator, and the grievant shall have the right to use, in the grievance proceedings, copies of materials from the grievant's evaluation file.

Use of Evaluative Materials. (a) In the event a complaint is filed, the University, Board, UFF complaint representatives (designated by the faculty member), the Panel designated to hear policy disputes under the BOT-UFF Policy on Neutral, Internal Resolution of Policy Disputes, and the employee bringing the complaint shall have the right to use copies of materials from the employee’s evaluation file in the complaint process. (b) In the event of a grievance arising from the Collective Bargaining Agreement, t he University, Board, UFF grievance representatives (designated by the faculty member), the arbitrator and the employee bringing the grievance shall have the right to use copies of materials from the employee’s evaluation file in the grievance.
