Common use of Use of Material Clause in Contracts

Use of Material. The RECIPIENT may only USE the MATERIAL and resulting DERIVATIVEs for non-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES in scientific RESEARCH, education, and conservation; the RECIPIENT shall not sell, distribute or USE for profit or any other COMMERCIAL application the MATERIAL, related DERIVATIVEs or any direct or indirect results obtained from analysis or USE of the MATERIAL.
