Common use of Use of Premises Clause in Contracts

Use of Premises. The Hirer shall not use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.

Use of Premises. The Hirer shall not use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor unsuitable purpose. The Hirer shall not do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same or render invalid invalidate any insurance policies in respect thereof policies, nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.

The car park extension in the field may not be used for any purpose other than parking, as this will invalidate a condition in the lease.

The Hirer shall not use the premises Hall and/or grounds for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises Hall and grounds or allow the premises them to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without prior written permissionpermission of the Company.

The Hirer shall not not: • Sub-hire or use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use hiring agreement • Use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do • Do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same premises or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor • Allow the use of drugs on the premises or allow smoking in the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.building

The Hirer shall not not: · sub-hire or use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or hiring agreement; · use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor way; · do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same premises or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor thereof; · allow the consumption use of alcohol thereon without written permissiondrugs on the premises or allow smoking in the building.
