Use of Termination Date. If this Lease is cancelled or the leasing of the Aircraft is otherwise terminated and the Aircraft is repossessed in connection with Lessor’s exercise of remedies following the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default prior to the Scheduled Termination Date, then notwithstanding the use of the term “Termination Date” in this Lease, the period of the Lease Term and the “Scheduled Termination Date” will be utilised in calculating the damages to which Lessor may be entitled to receive from Lessee pursuant to Section 24.1.
