Use of the Databases. During the Term, the Customer may access and use the Databases for its internal business purposes pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and any outstanding Order.

Subject to the terms hereof, the Provider will provide Customer with reasonable technical support services in accordance with Provider’s standard practice and SLA terms.
Use of the Databases. 7.1 Agencies Where the Subscriber is an agency, they can provide a competitive review on a monthly or less frequent basis to their clients. All such Data must be attributed to the Company and made available either via the e-mail facility within the Service or in printed format. The Subscriber may only sell, hire out, offer for sale or hire or otherwise distribute any of the Data or other contents of the Service to any third party on express permission by the Company and only to existing clients of the Subscriber. The Subscriber may not distribute any of the Data or other contents of the Service after termination of this agreement.
