Common use of Use of the Facility by the School Clause in Contracts

Use of the Facility by the School. ‌ The School will use the facility for the sole purpose of operating a public school as authorized by this Contract. The School will not conduct, nor will it permit, any activity that would threaten or endanger the health or safety of occupants, the structural integrity of the facility, or the insurability of the facility, or violate applicable state or federal law. The school shall have a policy regarding the use of the facility by third parties that is submitted to the Commission for approval.
