Use Through Affiliates. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee may exercise any or all of its rights under this Article III itself and with or through one or more of its Affiliates, and Licensee and its Affiliates may subcontract with their service providers under the license granted pursuant to this Article III to manufacture or import products licensed hereunder and to perform wholesale and distribution services for Licensee and its Affiliates regarding the same, without limitation.
