Useful Life. As of the Effective Date, the projected useful life of the Facility is at least twenty-one (21) years.
Useful Life. “Useful Life” shall be reasonably determined by Landlord in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices in effect at the time of acquisition of the capital item.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Consumables are Approved for single use only in accordance with the Documentation. Customer shall not use Consumables with products other than the Hardware. Customer shall use Consumables within the Useful Life following delivery for the particular type and mix of Consumables ordered and shall not use Consumables after such time. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Goods will not be handled other than by qualified and trained Persons.
Useful Life. Flow Cells are Approved for multiple experiments (following directions provided in the Documentation) during their respective useful life as stated on the Oxford Website or as otherwise stated on the Order (“Useful Life”). Consumables are Approved for the number of experiments provided in the Documentation during their respective Useful Life. Customer agrees that the Goods will not be handled other than by qualified and trained Persons.
Useful Life. The economic useful life of the Project, commencing at Project Completion, is at least equal to the term of this Agreement, as set forth in Exhibit B hereto.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Consumables are authorized for single use only in accordance with Documentation. Customer shall not use Consumables with products other than the Hardware. Customer shall use Consumables within the number of weeks following delivery that is posted by Oxford on its website for the particular type and mix of Consumables ordered and shall not use Consumables after such time. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Goods will not be handled other than by qualified and trained Persons.
Useful Life. The Borrower hereby represents and warrants that, within the meaning of Section 147(a)(14) of the Code, the average maturity of the Governmental Lender Note does not exceed 120 percent of the average reasonably expected remaining economic life of the facilities being financed with the proceeds of the Governmental Lender Note.
Useful Life. The Maturity Date occurs prior to the end of 90% of the projected useful life of the Project’s major physical assets, as calculated in accordance with Accounting Requirements.
Useful Life. SANDAG and SUBRECIPIENT agree to comply with the FTA’s requirements for buses and certain other vehicles’ useful life requirements as described in FTA Circular 5010.1E, Chapter IV, as amended. Useful life of rolling stock begins on the date the vehicle is placed in revenue service and continues until it is removed from service. Minimum useful life for buses and light-duty vehicles is determined by years in service or accumulation of miles, whichever comes first. FTA defines the minimum useful life as follows: Light Duty Vehicle (Minivan) At least 4 years or 100,000 miles Medium-size, light-duty transit bus (approx. 25'-35') At least 5 years or 150,000 miles Medium-size, medium-duty transit bus (approx. 25'-35') At least 7 years or 200,000 miles
