User Licenses. The number of Users Licenses being purchased will be set forth in an Order Form. User Licenses are for designated users and cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized End User, but may be redesignated to new users, as necessary, provided such re-designation is not used to circumvent the prohibition on sharing User Licenses. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Order Form, (i) additional User Licenses may be added in minimum increments of 1; (ii) the term of the additional User License shall be coterminous with the expiration of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User License is added; and (iii) pricing for the additional User Licenses shall be prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time such additional User Licenses are added.

User Licenses. In addition to the server software license, you must acquire user licenses for the total number of users that access the system database directly or indirectly. User licenses are specific to a system database and may not be used with or shared among different system databases. You may license concurrent users, named users, device CALs or the external connector depending on the type of access to the system database that the user requires. For users that are your or your affiliates’ employees, contractors or agents, you must license concurrent users, named users and/or device CALs. For all other access to the system database, including access where no individual users are involved, you must license the external connector, concurrent users, named users or device CALs. The types of user licenses are, • “Concurrent users” are licenses that allow any individual to access the system database. The number of concurrent users licensed refers to the maximum number of individuals that may access the system database simultaneously; • “Named users” are licenses that are specific to individual users and may not be shared among individual users. You may select the Light User or the ESS User as named user types. If you select the ESS User, your use of this named user license is subject to those restrictions listed in the ESS User definition. You may permanently reassign your named user from one user to another;
User Licenses. Einsights will grant Customer access to the Services by providing Customer’s User(s) with the requisite log-­‐in credentials and passwords (“User Licenses”). The number of User Licenses purchased by Customer shall be specified in the Order Form. For each such User License, one User shall be granted access to the Services, and User Licenses may not be shared or used by more than one unique User.
User Licenses. User licenses cannot be shared or used by more than one individual User but may be reassigned to new Users who are replacing former Users that have been terminated or otherwise no longer use the Software or Cloud Services.
User Licenses. Licensee shall have the right to: (i) for each Named User license purchased, install the Software on a single stand-alone computer (i.e., laptop with a single CPU) owned, leased or otherwise controlled by Licensee for local, non-concurrent use by a Named User, or install a single instance of the InVizion Software License Agreement 1 2014v1 Software on a Computer Network at a Location set forth in Exhibit A for concurrent, remote use by Named Users; (ii) permit use of the Software solely in object code form by Named Users for whom a Named User License has been purchased; and (iii) administer the Software such that changes to the Named Users within the Software are allowed to provide for corresponding changes in personnel or Business Third Parties.
User Licenses. 3.1 Subject to the Customer purchasing the User Licenses and (if required) Product Licenses and paying the applicable Fees, Invenias grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, and to permit the Customer Users and Community Users to use, the Invenias Platform for the Term on the terms of this Agreement and solely for the business purposes and benefit of the Customer.
User Licenses. Company agrees that Customer may use the TalentGuard services for its own use and for the benefit of its employees. A single License may only be used by one person – a single license shared by multiple people is not permitted. TalentGuard reserves the right to revoke or suspend any user without refund if it has reason to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred.

User Licenses. Full User These licenses provide the right for a named individual to access all the capabilities and features of the Service, except those features utilized for adjusting claims such as check writing, setting reserves and calculating indemnity benefits. These licenses have access to Extended Functionality features to the extent selected. Light User These licenses provide the right for a named individual to access the dashboard, reports pre-configured for them, and read- only access to other areas of the Service. Light Users do not have access to Administration features or Extended Functionality features.
