User Names and Passwords. Without the agreement of Betty Blocks, Client is prohibited from making available to third parties any user names and passwords made available by Betty Blocks. Betty Blocks is not liable for the consequences of the loss of user names and passwords.
User Names and Passwords. User names and passwords shall be used only for the benefit of End User. Contractors shall not use the Product for their own benefit. End User shall be responsible for all use in violation of these Product Use Terms through its account or using any of its user names and passwords.
User Names and Passwords. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to safeguard all usernames and passwords and other access credentials for your personnel who have access to the Protected Data, the onQ HA Appliances, and the Service, and to limit access to the Service to your authorized personnel. If you believe that the security of such access credentials has been compromised, you agree to notify Quorum and to cooperate in the resetting of any such access credentials. If Quorum determines that a security breach relating to your account has occurred or is likely to occur, Quorum may suspend your account until such breach has been remedied.
User Names and Passwords. (a) Company shall submit to Toppan applications for each Company employee who will use the Covered System (a “User”) and Toppan shall provide to Company an ID and PW for each such User. The ID and PW will allow each such User to access and use the Covered System.
(b) If Company wishes to make any changes to Users who have access to the Covered System, Company shall inform Toppan and, as appropriate, submit applications for new Users, and Toppan shall issue an ID and PW for each new User and take other necessary steps.
(c) Company shall keep and manage the ID and PW with due care and maintain their confidentiality.
(d) Any use of the Covered System by means of the ID and PW issued by Toppan to Company for a User will be deemed a use of the Covered System by Company and Toppan will not be liable for any Losses suffered by Company or a third Person arising from improper use of the ID and PW by such User.
(e) If Company becomes aware of the theft or improper use of an ID or PW, Company shall inform Toppan immediately and follow Toppan’s instructions.
(f) Toppan will not bear any responsibility for Losses suffered by Company arising from Company’s inability to use the Covered System resulting from Company’s or a User’s loss of an ID or PW.
(g) If Company makes inquiries with Toppan regarding an ID or PW, Toppan will respond in accordance with its established procedures to confirm the relevant User’s identity.
(h) Each ID and PW will become ineffective upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.
(i) From time to time, Toppan may adopt various measures to improve the Covered System’s security, such as requiring Users to change their IDs or PWs and Company agrees to comply with those measures. If Toppan adopts means of authentication other than the IDs and PWs, this Section 2.4 will apply to that means of authentication with appropriate conforming changes.
User Names and Passwords. 4.1. The Solution Provider shall provide the Client with the necessary access data, such as account names, user names and passwords. For security reasons, the Client must change the passwords provided immediately when accessing the Telematics Service for the first time. The Client shall be obliged to keep its access data confidential.
4.2. The Client assumes sole responsibility for any use of the Telematics Service by a User who accesses the service by means of the Client’s access data, even if the Client did not consent to or was unaware of such use, unless such use occurred three (3) working days after the Solution Provider received a written request from the Client to invalidate its access data.
User Names and Passwords. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your organisation’s user names and passwords to the Site. You should logout after each session with the Site. Do not share your login information with third parties. If you have any reason to suspect that the security of your account has been compromised, you agree to contact us immediately. You must regularly update any passwords or other unique identifiers used in conjunction with the login process to minimise the chance of misuse of Login Information.
User Names and Passwords. 8.1 You must ensure that user names and passwords used in connection with the Services are kept confidential and are only used by authorised users. You shall implement safety measures to prevent and detect any unauthorised use of user names and passwords and inform us immediately if you know or suspect that a user name or password has been disclosed to an unauthorised user or is being used in an unauthorised way. You must not change or attempt to change a user name without our written consent.
8.2 We reserve the right (at our sole discretion):
(a) to suspend user names and password access to the Services if at any time we think that there has been or is likely to be a breach of security; and
(b) to ask you to change any or all of the usernames and passwords you use in connection with the Services.
8.3 You must inform us immediately of any subsequent changes to the information you supply to us when you register for the Services.
8.4 You acknowledge and affirm that the Services, including but not limited to internet related Services, are not secure and we do not guarantee the prevention or detection of any unauthorised attempts to access the Services.
8.5 You shall be liable for any unauthorised use of user names and passwords by third parties if this use is due to you failing in keeping them confidential or in implementing safety measures to prevent and detect any unauthorised use of user names and passwords.
User Names and Passwords. FFA may supply the Client, in the course of rendering certain Services, with a User Name and Password. In such an event, the Client will be subject to the following:
20.1. The User Name and Password is strictly personal and the Client shall take all the necessary arrangements to ensure the safekeeping of the User Name and Password at all time, at its entire responsibility.
20.2. The Client agrees that the User Name and Password is equivalent to its signature, and that all transactions bearing his User Name and Password will be deemed as being instructed by the Client and as such will be executed.
20.3. The Client is responsible for all transactions on his Account(s) resulting from the use of its User Name and Password. FFA has no responsibility whatsoever for the execution of any transaction with the User Name and Password by an unauthorized third party.
20.4. The Client must notify FFA in writing in the event of loss of the User Name and Password or its unauthorized disclosure to any third party. The Client shall remain liable for any transaction carried out over its Accounts until FFA acknowledges receipt of said notification from the Client.
20.5. FFA will not be held responsible for any transaction incurred over the Account(s) as a result of fraudulent activities, and the Client will always be liable for any transaction over its Account(s) as a result of such activities.

The Executing Broker is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all user names and passwords granted to it, for the security of its Devices used to access the System, and for its Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
