USL Efforts to Launch. USL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to launch the Product in the Territory within three (3) months following receipt of the NDA Approval for the Product in the Territory. In no event shall USL have any liability if USL is unable to launch within such three-month period due to Orion’s failure to supply required ordered amounts of Product sufficient to satisfy Product launch needs.
