Utility District Notice. Notice concerning the bonded indebtedness of, or rates to be charged by, a utility or other special district, described in section 49.452 of the Texas Water Code, with the form of notice to be used being dependent on whether the property (1) is located in whole or in part within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of one or more home-rule municipalities but is not located within the corporate boundaries of a municipality, (2) is located in whole or in part within the corporate boundaries of a municipality, or (3) is not located in whole or in part within the corporate boundaries of a municipality or the extraterritorial jurisdiction of one or more home-rule municipalities.
