Utility Infrastructure. During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.
Utility Infrastructure. During the Term of this Agreement, the Airline will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunications and data services at its Airline Premises.

It is the Company’s responsibility to verify the availability and capacity of such utilities.

Since there is no building construction during this first phase of implementation, we will be pulling sanitary and electricity stub-outs from either Minnehaha or Xxxxxx to the centralized building area located on the master plan. Water utility will also be centrally located for irrigation. Electricity will also be provided for lighting.

The Licensee shall create its own utilities such as electricity, sewer, water, power, telecommunication and other services for carrying out proposed development on the Scheduled Land after taking necessary permissions form the Licensor on its own cost and if such sewer, water, power, telecommunication and other services already installed by the Licensor; the Licensee shall not alter the location of such utility infrastructure except with prior approval of the Licensor. Before starting any development/construction work on the Scheduled Land the Licensee shall ensure that the underground services within the existing Scheduled Land are protected and/or relocated at suitable locations as approved by the Licensor at his own cost. Any damage caused to the Utility services shall be made good and the services shall be reinstated immediately with the approval of concerned authorities by the Licensee at his own cost.
