Utilization of Loan. The Borrower shall ensure that the entire Loan will be utilized for the Purpose as stated by the Borrower in the Loan Application form and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Utilization of Loan. The Borrower shall utilize the entire Loan for the purposes specified in this Loan Agreement and unless otherwise agreed to by the Lender in writing for no other purpose whatsoever.
Utilization of Loan. The Borrower shall utilize the entire Loan for the purchase /construction of the property and /or as indicated by him in his Loan application and for no other purpose whatsoever. AHFL may require end use certificate / declaration from borrowers at sole discretion of AHFL
