Vacation and Leave a. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and other leave in accordance with policy for senior executives, or otherwise as approved by the Board.
b. In addition to paid vacation and other leave, the Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment for such additional periods of time and for such valid and legitimate reasons as the Board may in its discretion determine. Further, the Board may grant to the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the Board in its discretion may determine.
Vacation and Leave. Executive will be entitled to paid vacation time each year during the term of this Agreement measured on a fiscal or calendar year basis, in accordance with the Bank’s customary practices, as well as sick leave, holidays and other paid absences in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures for senior executives. Any unused paid time off during an annual period will be treated in accordance with the Bank’s personnel policies as in effect from time to time.
Vacation and Leave. Executive shall be entitled to such vacation and leave as may be provided for under the current and future leave and vacation policies of the Bank for executive officers.
Vacation and Leave. At such reasonable times as the Board shall in its discretion permit, Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time, provided that:
a. Executive shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the policies that the Board periodically establishes for senior management employees.
b. Executive shall accumulate any unused vacation and/or sick leave from one fiscal year to the next, in either case to the extent authorized by the Board, provided that the Board shall not reduce previously accumulated vacation or sick leave.
c. In addition to the above mentioned paid vacations, Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment for such additional periods of time and for such valid and legitimate reasons as the Board may in its discretion determine. Further, the Board may grant Executive a leave or leaves or absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the Board in its discretion may determine.

Executive shall be entitled to annual paid vacation, leave of absence and leave for illness or temporary disability in conformity with the Employer’s regular policies and practices, and any leave on account of illness or temporary disability shall not constitute a breach by Executive of Executive’s agreements hereunder.

Further, the Board may grant to Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the Board in its discretion may determine.

In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his duties for such additional periods of time and for such valid and legitimate reasons as the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank may in their discretion determine. Further, the Boards of Directors may grant to the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the Boards of Directors, in their discretion, may determine.
Vacation and Leave. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation per year, accrued monthly and in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy in effect from time to time, and six (6) sick days per year, and any other paid leave benefits provided for in the Company’s Policy Guide.
Vacation and Leave. Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to such vacation and leave as may be provided for under the current and future leave and vacation policies of the Bank for executive officers.
Vacation and Leave. The Employee shall be entitled to the same vacation and leave time as the other executive officers of the Company. Officers of the Company may not carry unused vacation time from one calendar year to another calendar year.
