Common use of Vacation Days and Termination Clause in Contracts

Vacation Days and Termination. An employee terminating his employment for any reason at a time when an unused period of vacation with pay stands to his credit shall be allowed vacation calculated to the date of his leaving the service as provided for in RULE 14.1 through RULE 14.8, and if not granted shall be allowed pay in lieu thereof.
