Vacation Eligibility Requirements. Employees shall start to accumulate vacation credit as of their date of employment. Employees shall not accrue vacation leave for any pay period during which they are on layoff or other leaves of absence without pay (unless otherwise agreed by the City), or engaged in conduct in violation of Section 27 - No Strike.
