VACATION PAYOUT UPON TERMINATION. Each unit member upon termination shall be paid for any vacation earned but not received since date of hire; however, the employer's obligation under this section shall not exceed the equivalent of two (2) year's vacation accrual. Time shall be paid at the regular salary rate of employment.
