Common use of Vacation Time Clause in Contracts

Vacation Time. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per calendar year. Such vacation may not be taken in any greater than two (2) consecutive week increments. Vacation not used by the Executive during the calendar year shall be forfeited. Compensation for unused vacation time shall be paid to the Executive on the Date of Termination, as defined herein.

Vacation Time. The Executive shall be entitled to take four (4) weeks paid vacation per calendar year, which, however shall vest at the rate of one (1) week per full calendar quarter worked hereunder. Such vacation may not be taken in any greater than consecutive two (2) consecutive week increments. Vacation time not used by the Executive during the calendar year shall will be forfeited. Compensation for unused annual vacation time vested but not taken by Executive shall be paid to the Executive on at the Date date of Termination, as defined hereintermination.
